Cookies we use
We set one functional cookie, cc_lang, to remember the language you chose so we do not redirect you again. It is not used for advertising and is not shared. If you contact us with your email address, we use it only to reply to you.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash). To run your business in CasaClean, you enter information about your clients and their properties: names, contact details, service addresses, property details, and notes. Using the product creates operational records such as schedules, visits, checklists, photos, messages, reviews, quotes, and invoices. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We also collect limited technical data, such as error reports, to keep the service reliable.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide CasaClean: scheduling, reminders and notifications that you initiate, client portals, billing, and support. We also use it to secure the service and fix problems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data or your clients’ data for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only what each one needs: Stripe (subscription payments), Twilio (text and WhatsApp messages you send), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring), and Fly.io with Tigris (hosting, database, and photo storage in the United States). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to, we delete it, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons. Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and the database is backed up automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getcasaclean.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are a client of a cleaning business that uses CasaClean, that business controls your information — contact them first, and we will help them honor your request.
