The free period
New accounts are free for 3 months, with no credit card. During that time you can add up to 2 admins and 5 cleaners. After 3 months we ask you to add a card to continue; if you keep the Solo plan, it allows one admin and no cleaners. Nothing is deleted, and you can cancel anytime.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account, including what your team members do. Keep your account information accurate, and only add client information that you collected legitimately through your business.
Acceptable use
Use CasaClean only to run a legitimate service business and only in ways that comply with the law. Do not use it to send spam or harassing messages, to store or distribute unlawful content, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
Messaging
If you enable text or WhatsApp messaging, you confirm that each client has agreed to receive messages from your business about their service, and that you will keep proof of that consent. CasaClean records when consent was given, and clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP — opt-outs are honored automatically and you must not message clients who opted out. You are responsible for the content of your messages and for complying with messaging laws such as the TCPA.
Billing
After the free period, paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe at the prices shown on this site, plus any seat add-ons you enable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments you collect from your own clients are between you and them; CasaClean only helps you record and request them.
Termination
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk, with notice when practicable. After an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
CasaClean is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use CasaClean after that means you accept it. Questions? Email hello@getcasaclean.com.
